Shipping Methods & Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard USPS shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. We offer expedited shipping options at a discounted rate during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Standard USPS shipping is a flat rate of $4.99. Expedited rates vary by carrier, destination, and package weight, and are calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping Terms
- FedEx 2nd Day and Priority Overnight orders ship the same day if placed Monday–Thursday before 3:00 PM EST.
- No expedited shipping occurs Friday through Sunday or on federal holidays.
- Expedited shipping is limited to 4 ThumbPROs per package. Additional charges may apply for larger orders.
- Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier availability and location.
Non-Operating Days
ThumbPRO does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays. Any orders placed during these periods will ship on the next business day.
Carrier Liability & Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment leaves our facility and a tracking number is issued, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. ThumbPRO is not liable for late deliveries, delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier errors.
For shipments that show no movement or delivery for 20+ days, customers may contact us to initiate a claim. All claims are subject to carrier approval and may require customer cooperation and supporting documentation.
Weather & Service Interruptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, or other carrier disruptions. This includes both standard and expedited shipping methods.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempt, we will issue a refund for the item(s) minus any applicable shipping fees.
ThumbPRO cannot reroute or edit shipping addresses after an order is placed or once it is in transit.
Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Product and shipping prices are current at the time of order and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on shipping address and local tax laws. Taxes and shipping fees are displayed in your cart and in your confirmation emails.
Delivery Timeframes & Disclaimers
- All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed, regardless of carrier or service level.
- ThumbPRO does not offer refunds for late deliveries, missed delivery estimates, or delays by any carrier.
- If your expedited order is delayed due to a weekend or federal holiday, this is considered outside our control.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. ThumbPRO is not liable for packages shipped to incorrect, outdated, or invalid addresses provided by the customer.
Force Majeure
ThumbPRO is not responsible for failure or delay in shipping or delivery due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, labor strikes, pandemics, service interruptions, or weather-related events.
Return Refusals & Cancellations
If an order is refused upon delivery or returned to sender due to inaccessibility, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy, less any shipping charges and additional carrier fees incurred.
