I purchased a Thumb Pro for my son. No fault of your it was re-routed by the USPS. I called and was given by far the best customer service i have ever had. The company understood my need for one before his tournament. You guys over nighted one to us in time for his games. He hit three home runs over the weekend. Had no sting!!!
