You can measure with a string or ribbon the cicumference of the thumb to be used as a reference:
L- 2 3/4" circumference
M- 2 1/2" circumference
S- 2 1/4" circumference
Use this as a guide. If in between sizes, I generally recommend going with the smaller size for a secure, snug, performance fit.
