What This Warranty Covers

ThumbPRO® provides a limited warranty on eligible products purchased by the original purchaser. During the warranty period, we will review claims related to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

For most ThumbPRO® products, the warranty/guarantee period is 30 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. If required by law (including California), the warranty period does not begin earlier than the date the item is delivered to the consumer.

What Is Not Covered

We are unable to approve replacement requests for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • You have outgrown the guard and it no longer fits.
  • Normal wear and tear, heavy wear, or the product is old.
  • The product is excessively dirty or shows misuse/abuse.
  • The product was lost or misplaced (Unless Shipping Protection was purchased)
  • Damage caused by improper use, modification, or accident.

How to Start a Warranty, Return, or Exchange

Website Orders (baseballthumbguard.com)

If you purchased directly from our website and need a return, exchange, or warranty review, please use our self-serve portal below. Provide details about the issue and follow the instructions in the form.

Photo required: For warranty review within 30 days, we require at least one clear photo showing the issue.

Marketplace Orders (Walmart, Amazon, etc.)

If you purchased ThumbPRO® on a marketplace (for example Walmart or Amazon), please initiate your return or warranty request through your order page on that marketplace. Each marketplace manages returns and exchanges within their own system.

  • Walmart: Go to your Walmart account → Orders → select the item → Start a return/request.
  • Amazon: Go to Your Orders → select the item → Return/Replace items.

If the marketplace instructs you to contact the manufacturer directly, contact us using the link below and include your order number and photos.

What We Need to Review a Claim

  • Order number and purchase channel (website, Walmart, Amazon, etc.)
  • Your full name and shipping address
  • A short description of the issue and when it started
  • Photos: Clear photos showing the issue (required for warranty review)
