We offer a 30 day refund/return policy. Please fill out the form above to initiate your return.

If the Products you have received do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged in transportation, please create an exchange using the form.

Once we have received the return and ThumbPRO has verified it meets our return guidelines, your refund may be processed back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days, but no later than thirty (30) days..

Please treat the Products with care and return them in the condition that they were delivered to you.

Replacement or refund can only be processed once we have received all the Products to be returned.

If you return Products: (1) that you are not entitled to return, (2) that are not in their original condition, (3) with items missing from the return delivery, (5) without following our return instructions, or (6) without exercising reasonable care when taking care of and returning such Products, we reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund or to deduct from those payments to be refunded to you reasonable repair or other similar direct costs that we have incurred.

If your return has been accepted, we may refund you the price you have actually paid for the items less any applicable shipping costs (as per the above) by crediting the payment method used to place the order thirty (30) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery.

ThumbPRO provides a limited warranty on the Products. Limited warranties are as follows:

Most ThumbPRO Products carry a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of receipt by the original purchaser from the ThumbPRO Site and a free no-hassle size exchange.

We are unable to send replacements for these reasons including, but not limited to: you have outgrown your guard and/or it no longer fits; your guard has been heavily worn and it is old; the guard is dirty; the guard was lost. In the form, please detail the issues. A photo is required for us to consider a warranty claim within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the directions in the form.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.

Thumb guards are wear-and-tear sports equipment.  They go through a lot out there on the field as you swing and put your all into the game. If a player has worn or used the thumb guard and put wear-and-tear on the item, within our 30-day return window, that product is not eligible for a refund or a size exchange.

ThumbPRO offers Corso Shipping protection. If you bought the shipping protection and your package is lost or damaged please fill out the above form to initiate your claim.

In compliance with standard business practices, our company has established the following provisions to guide the execution of our shipping services:

Standard USPS shipments are approximate (est. 3-7 business days within the continental USA).

  1. Non-Operating Days and Weekend Shipping: Our company strictly observes a no-shipping policy on non-operating days, specifically weekends. Despite availing expedited shipping carrier services, such as Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day Shipping, provided at checkout, you should note and be mindful that order placement during the back half of the business week (Wed/Thur/Fri) and weekends are subject to varying carrier pickup timing, which may impact delivery date. Additionally, expedited orders placed over the weekend will be handled with a good faith effort and prioritized for dispatch on the succeeding business day.
  2. Federal Holidays and Potential Delays: Our company adheres to the nationally recognized holidays, and as such, we do not conduct shipping on Federal holidays. As a result, orders placed either on or proximate to Federal holidays, irrespective of the shipping method selected (be it standard or expedited), are susceptible to carrier delay. We urge you to factor in such potential delays while placing any orders. Weekday federal holidays impact expedited shipping and will factor into the delivery date by the carrier.  Customers must recognize this delay when using expedited shipping on close to or on federal holidays as well as on weekends. We will not be held responsible for any liability or inconvenience arising from federal holidays or weekend shipping delays.
  3. Shipping Estimates and Delivery Guarantees: Our company or shipping carrier may provide shipping estimates for both standard shipping and expedited services. However, these estimates do not equate to guaranteed delivery dates. Numerous unforeseen factors could potentially interfere with the projected timelines, thereby affecting the delivery schedules. As such, we shall not be held accountable for discrepancies between the estimated and actual delivery dates.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a shipment leaves the ThumbPRO facility the package is in the hands of the carriers. ThumbPRO is NOT responsible for any late, lost. or pirated packages. Customers should contact their local postal carrier with any questions re. shipment delays or issues.

ThumbPRO does not guarantee the availability of any Product on the Platform. ThumbPRO reserves the right, without liability or earlier notice, to change, discontinue or stop making or selling any Product..  

Delivery options are defined in checkout and may change. Delivery based on the option selected is not guaranteed. ThumbPRO is not responsible for any reimbursement for payment of the express delivery price if the service requested was not delivered on time. If the items remain undelivered and are returned to us undelivered, we shall consider that you have exercised your right to cancel the contract and when we receive the returned delivery package, we will refund you in accordance with our return policy less the reasonable additional costs incurred by ThumbPRO.
